BAMF Pre Workout from Das Labs

BAMF Pre Workout

BAMF Pre Workout  - Reviewed and Tested

Das Labs have done it again with another great offering under the Bucked Up brand - BAMF. A nootropic pre-workout packed full of unique ingredients to give you an intense and focused workout.

Read on for our review on BAMF and the best place to buy it from.

The things we liked about BAMF

1 - As with all of the powders that come out of Das Labs, the flavours are amazing. Grape and Green Apple was our favourite but the Strawberry & Kiwi is also a must-try.

2 - The extreme mental focus during a 55-minute workout that didn't fade. Not like some powders that are only good for the first half of a session!

3 - The pump that you get from BAMF is insane. This may have just been more noticeable because of the mental stimulant but it felt great.

The things we didn't like about BAMF

1 - The physical energy side of things did not last as long as the mental focus and fatigue started to set in after 40 minutes. This can be overcome by taking the supplement just before your workout and adding in an intra-workout shot.

This is not a huge deal but it is the only slight downside that we could find with BAMF

Would we recommend BAMF?

We would certainly recommend BAMF for bodybuilders and strength trainers that lack focus and intensity in some of their training sessions. If you are looking to use it as a physical stimulant, you will need to take it minutes before training or maybe top-up mid-session to get the best from it.

Where to buy BAMF

The majority of reputable online supplement stores will ship stock BAMF. A1 supplements are the cheapest that we could find as they are always offering a discount.

BAMF Ingredients

BAMF Pre Workout is the latest supplement under the Bucked Up brand from Das Labs. It is a nootropic pre-workout that includes some rare and unique ingredients including:

  • Deer antler extract
  • Hordenine
  • ActiGin
  • Alpha GPC

Let's take a look at some of these unique ingredients and why they have been added to BAMF pre-workout:

Deer Antler Extract

Deer antler extract is a natural supplement that has a number of benefits. One of the most common benefits is that deer antler extract can help with muscle recovery and growth.

There are two main types of deer antler extract: velvet and powdered. Velvet is the liquid form that comes from the deer’s new antlers, while powdered is made from dried velvet. The powdered form is often used in pre-workout supplements because it provides more concentrated nutrients than the liquid form.

Deer antler extract should not be confused with anabolic steroids which are synthetic substances used to increase muscle mass. Deer antler extract contains no steroids and can be purchased without a prescription or any side effects.

This extract has been shown to have many benefits including:

- Increasing blood circulation

- Improving cognitive function

- Increasing testosterone levels

- Decreasing cortisol levels

- Improving memory and focus

- Reducing the severity of asthma attacks

Hordenine

Hordenine is a natural amino acid that can be found in barley, wheat, rye, and other grains. It is an alkaloid which means it has a nitrogen atom with an acidic hydrogen attached to it.

Hordenine can be found in the form of a white crystalline powder or as a yellowish-white solid. It has many health benefits for the human body such as being able to stimulate the immune system and help with weight loss.

ActiGin

ActiGin is a powerful ingredient that has been shown to significantly increase the benefits of a pre-workout. A recent study by the International Journal of Sports Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism found that ActiGin can help increase muscle strength and endurance in just two weeks.

The study also found that ActiGin was more effective than other ingredients, such as creatine, at increasing muscle strength. and endurance.

Alpha GPC

Alpha GPC is a choline based supplement that is used in pre-workouts. It is a precursor to acetylcholine, which is a neurotransmitter. Acetylcholine has been shown to improve cognitive function and enhance memory.

In the body, Alpha GPC converts into choline, which helps with the production of acetylcholine and can increase levels of dopamine in the brain. The increase in dopamine can lead to an improvement in mood and motivation, as well as an improved ability for learning and memory recall.

Alpha GPC has also been found to have an impact on the cardiovascular system, which is important because of its role in brain function.

Why use a Pre-Workout?

Pre-workouts are supplements that help with muscle growth, weight loss, and energy. They are important because they can increase the intensity of your workout and they can provide mental clarity.

People take pre-workouts to increase their performance in the gym. It increases their energy levels so they can push themselves harder during their workout. It also helps them focus on getting through the workout as opposed to being distracted by all of the other things that could be happening in their lives.

The benefits of pre-workouts are important because they can increase the intensity of your workout and you can focus on getting through the workout instead of being distracted by all of the other things that could be happening in your life.

A lot of people try to stick with a training routine without taking a pre-workout. This is not an effective way to work out because your body has to work harder and longer without a pre-workout.

Many people have to stop their workout early because they are too tired or their muscles are too fatigued to continue.

There is also no way to determine how hard your muscle groups are working without the help of a pre-workout.

How To Pick The Right Product For You

Choosing the right pre-workout supplement can be a difficult task. There are so many options on the market and it can be tough to find the one that is best for you. With so many choices, it can feel impossible to make a decision. Here are some tips for picking out a pre-workout supplement that will work best for you. First, consider your goals.

Do you want to lose weight? Build muscle? Or are you just looking for an energy boost? Your goal will help narrow down your search and help you pick out a supplement that will help you achieve those goals.

Next, look at your diet and lifestyle habits. If you’re not eating enough protein or getting enough sleep, then chances are good that any pre-workout supplement won’t be enough to fuel you. In this case, it might be best to start with a protein shake or breakfast instead of a pre-workout supplement. Know your budget.

There are plenty of affordable options out there that will work just as well as the pricey supplements, so don’t let the price stop you from trying something new.

Finally, consider the ingredients. Some supplements are made from natural and organic ingredients, while others aren’t as healthy for you.
